At A Smiling Place we understand that your dental care and treatment is something that you might need and want to undergo in order to maintain the greatest level of health and beauty. However, we also understand that long, lengthy and inconveniently timed appointments do not help you to maintain a busy and hectic lifestyle.

For this very reason, we place a large emphasis on maintaining the following principles and corresponding services to try and help us fit in around your life and schedule:

• Time Management
  This is one of our most basic, but ultimately, important issues. We endeavour to keep to our appointment schedule and run on time but we also have to make sure that the maximum level of care and attention is given to you during your appointment and so, inevitably, delays can sometimes occur. When this does occasionally occur, we will try to call you and let you know we may be delayed due to emergencies or unplanned events. If your time is especially tight we suggest you have the first appointment in the morning or the first appointment after lunch. As an added service if you let us know, we can call you when we are ready for you. To help us in the efficient and smooth running of our scheduled time, we do expect our patients to be punctual when appointment times are set.
• SMS Service
  For your absolute convenience, at the touch of a text message, we can arrange to contact you via SMS to save time.

• Newspapers
  We have a daily newspaper available for you in our reception, so that you can peruse the headlines whilst you wait, and keep yourself informed during your spare moments. If you have a preference for a particular newspaper, please let us know and we will endeavour to provide it for you.
• Magazines
  We do try to cater for a wide range of reading tastes in the magazines that we provide. Please let us know your personal preferences and we will try to accommodate it where ever possible.
• Health Funds
  We registered as an MBF preferred provider because, in our opinion, they are the only fund that has a true preventative non-invasive program. If you are a member of MBF, your 6 monthly checkups and cleans will, generally, be of no cost to you
• Drinks
  We provide a large range of drinks for you comfort and convenience including :
  • Juice
  • Soft Drinks
  • Tea
  • Coffee (in multiple forms and tastes to suit you!)

Our principle is to maintain your comfort and satisfaction from start to finish so if there is anything that we don’t provide in our drinks range, as well as our other services, then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
